Zeno's II
About This Spot
Stepping into Zeno's II is like slipping into a familiar snapshot of Rehoboth’s everyday rhythm—a casual local eatery where the walls hold decades of shared moments and the hum of steady takeout orders carries a comforting cadence. Nestled modestly on Tremont Street, this spot unfolds quietly but purposefully, inviting anyone craving simple, honest flavors and a sense of belonging.
The atmosphere here moves at that easygoing pace you find in places where the staff knows your voice on the phone and your favorite order before you finish saying hello. It’s a space shaped more by routine than spectacle, where the bustle of consistent local traffic hints at loyal relationships built over years rather than flash-in-the-pan trends.
What draws people back time and again is not just the food, but the genuine feeling of reliability and warmth. Whether it’s the unmistakable golden crispness emerging from the kitchen or the generous portions that make a meal feel like a true comfort, Zeno's II serves both nourishment and quiet familiarity. Here, the experience isn’t rushed; it’s shared between kitchen and customer, marked by small nods of recognition and a thorough appreciation of what makes fast food a true local ritual.
For those seeking a moment of uncomplicated satisfaction in Rehoboth, this is the kind of neighborhood spot where you settle into a rhythm: a familiar voice, a steady stream of flavors, and a place that feels refreshingly grounded in the simple joy of good food and steady company.

I am not exaggerating in the slightest when I say that my family has ordered takeout from Zeno's for 20+ years and that the woman who works there knows our order immediately after hearing me say hello over the phone. God bless Zeno's II.

I decided to try the food despite the reviews. I've always noticed a busy flow of traffic from take out business. I assumed that it's because it's the only thing in town. The large chicken fingers over flowed from the take out container! I ate them in the car: They were so great. I'd estimate about 20 pieces. The oil was fresh so the food came out golden and not burnt brown. These chicken fingers were not greasy. That was impressive. The food was made to order and not sitting under a heat light. I also got a small order of crab Rangoon. There were still 10 pieces of crispy and not soggy wontons; again overflowing from the container and golden. I'm going to try other plates. I was served at 2:30 pm on a Tuesday by a tall male Asian chef. Maybe I lucked out. I'm just pleased that I found a place of quality that doesn't serve old greasy take out.
